Hosting terms and acceptable use

By ordering, the customer confirms they are an adult or have a guardian’s permission and accepts responsibility for all code, data, commands, and activity in their service.

Acceptable use

No illegal material or activity, malware, credential theft, spam, abuse, harassment, evasion, denial-of-service activity, cryptocurrency mining, public network services, voice or media bots, or content violating DemocracyCraft or Discord rules. Hostly may inspect, suspend, preserve, or remove services to protect the platform or comply with law.

Billing

Hosting is sold in seven-day periods. Manual payment may extend service no more than fourteen days ahead. After expiration, a 24-hour grace period applies and a plan-specific fee is charged for each started late hour: Bronze 10 DC$, Silver 15 DC$, Professional 25 DC$, Enterprise 40 DC$. The weekly price and accrued fee must both be paid to renew.

Availability and data

Support is available through private service channels without a guaranteed response time. Daily snapshots are retained for seven days on a best-effort basis and are not a substitute for customer backups. If a paid activation cannot become healthy because of Hostly infrastructure, the paid hosting clock will be credited.

Liability draft

Customers retain ownership and responsibility for their code and must have rights to upload it. Services are provided as available, subject to applicable law. Final limitation, indemnity, privacy, refund, governing-law, and guardian language must be reviewed by a qualified attorney before launch.
